Sauvigny is located in the narrowest part of the Marne Valley, about 30 km from Reims, city of coronations and Epernay, capital of Champagne. Champagne Eve des Rêves is a family-owned winefarm that extends now over more than 3 hectares, spread over 6 villages, Passy-sur-Marne, Breuil, Nesles-la-Montagne, Mont-Saint-Père, Connigis, Reuilly-Sauvigny and Courthiezy.

We work each plot to express all its specificities. This fragmented viticulture offers our blends diversity and complementarity.
We cultivate the three majority grape varieties in Champagne. Pinot Meunier, for its smoothness, Chardonnay, for its finesse and Pinot Noir, for its generosity.
